Physical activity

You will be surprised, but even when he is so little, physical activity can help your child’s development. No, we don’t mean he should go to the gym.

Playing on his tummy on a mattress with hanging games from above will make his abdomen muscles stronger. Make sure tummy games happen only when he is awake and under your supervision. Try to enjoy active playing on a daily basis, and avoid sitting for a long period of time in the car, chair or stroller.

Until the age of two tears try avoiding sitting him in front of the TV or any other screen, even if it is to watch “educational” programs.
