Make sure you combine physical activity in your child’s daily routine, mainly by active games. At this point your child develops interest and curiosity about his environment, crawls to reach new and fascinating places at home and sometimes stands up while leaning on furniture.
Maintain a safe environment and encourage him to move a lot so that he will get stronger. Keep him away from screens and play with him at a playground outside of the house, so that he will be exposed to new challenges. Remember, habits that won’t become a reality at young age will be harder to perform later.
