At the age of five, most kids are in senior kindergarten or school. It seems as if their lives never end between school, friends and extracurricular activities. That is exactly why it is especially important to give your child a strict sleep framework. Five-year-old kids should sleep on average between 10-12 hours every night. It’s important to be consistent with sleep routine that allows them to relax, and function in the best possible way during the day.

We recommend removing all and any electronic devices from the bedroom. These devices make it harder for your child to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. Research shows that electronic devices in the bedroom have a negative effect on sleep quality and are also a risk factor for obesity.
