In most of the cases, by this age things are getting better in terms of everyone’s night sleep, but there is still room for improvement. If you don’t feel any improvement, it is still not too late to create a sleeping routine that includes regular bedtime after a short ceremony (taking a bath, brushing his teeth and reading a book). It is recommended to try and teach him to fall asleep independently in his bed, without using a bottle. The more persistent you will be the greater the hope is that you will soon get to sleep a full night.
